The site as it exists today, still showing a glimpse of our efforts.
Before our re-design.
APCH (A Place Called Home) is a dynamic, non-profit youth center in South Central Los Angeles that provides educational programs, counseling, mentoring, music, dance and art classes, and fitness opportunities. I worked with them as part of a team I assembled through The Taproot Foundation. As we begun this project, we noticed the existing brand identity (shown left) didn’t work, as the type became too small when the logo was scaled down. We proposed a brand relaunch, which in the end was too difficult for APCH’s board of directors to approve.
